One of the most natural human responses to rapid change is to freeze or to flee. It’s an ancient function of our limbic brain. It’s the part that kept us safe in the wild. And it kicks in to over- ride reason when we feel threatened in some way. We are in a time of huge shift on the planet and I want to encourage you to not miss the miracle and potential of this moment. 

Here are 5 Ways to Keep Going When You Want to Give Up  

  1. Breathe before acting! Even ONE deep breath can alter your whole worldview. 

  2. Take a Moment. Take in BEAUTY around you. The sky? A blooming flower? TAKE IT IN!! 

  3. Protect your Vibes. Surround yourself with high vibration people.  

  4. WORDS Matter!!  See how you can change your speech to include words of potential rather than fear. 

  5. SMILE!!  Try it!!  Research shows that smiling is better than chocolate or CASH in stimulating our immune response!
